Laco developed a unique method to achieve this special look, creating a natural patina on the watches.

Scuffs, scratches, discoloration, and signs of wear are meticulously reproduced to mimic the look of aged originals. Each component – the case, dial, hands, and strap – undergoes an individual and manual aging process, devoid of mechanical aids. Consequently, the resulting aging appears genuinely authentic, with no two watches being alike. This imbues the timepieces with the allure of historic artifacts, ensuring that each one is utterly distinctive, much like its owner!

We provide three different levels of aging:

• Level 1: The watch exhibits subtle signs of aging, with minimal or no scratches or grooves on the case.
• Level 2: The “standard” version showcases typical scratches and aging characteristics, as depicted in the pictures on our website. If no level selection is indicated, you will receive a watch at this level.
• Level 3: The watch displays pronounced signs of aging. Level 3 aging incorporates the same features as level 2 but also includes damaged portions of the luminous material on the hands.

Please bear in mind that the legibility of the watch is diminished when this option is chosen due to reduced luminous material.

By default, the “Erbstück” watches are produced at level 2.

• Level 2 production and delivery time is 2 weeks, after 100% payment.

All watches purchased from this website come with a full 24-month warranty from the date of purchase. Some brands offer a longer warranty period, which will be clearly stated on the respective product page.

All watches are covered by an international warranty. This means that, in the event of a problem, you can contact a local authorized representative or service center wherever you are in the world.

The manufacturer's warranty does not cover:

• The battery, crystal, bracelet, strap, case, or crown;
• Damage caused by improper transportation, lack of proper care, accidents, or normal wear and tear;
• Warranty claims must be submitted immediately after the defect is discovered.

The warranty becomes void if the watch is serviced or repaired by a person who is not duly authorized to perform such work by the company's representative.

If you would like your watch to be repaired while it is still under warranty, please contact us. You will need to provide the watch together with a properly completed warranty card.

After the warranty period has expired, our sales representatives and service centers remain at your disposal for watch repairs and servicing at the applicable cost.
