The 100% reliable automatic watch purebred “Made in Germany” is the result of work carried out partly in close cooperation with the German army and special forces. The model “Atacama” is aimed specifically at emergency services, police, military and those who love outdoor activities.

*Important note: This watch model is equipped with a strap suitable for wrists with a circumference of 14 to 20 cm. We also offer an extended strap version that is suitable for wrists with a circumference of 16.5 to 23 cm. If you prefer the extended version, please leave a comment during the order process.

All watches purchased from this website come with a full 24-month warranty from the date of purchase. Some brands offer a longer warranty period, which will be clearly stated on the respective product page.

All watches are covered by an international warranty. This means that, in the event of a problem, you can contact a local authorized representative or service center wherever you are in the world.

The manufacturer's warranty does not cover:

• The battery, crystal, bracelet, strap, case, or crown;
• Damage caused by improper transportation, lack of proper care, accidents, or normal wear and tear;
• Warranty claims must be submitted immediately after the defect is discovered.

The warranty becomes void if the watch is serviced or repaired by a person who is not duly authorized to perform such work by the company's representative.

If you would like your watch to be repaired while it is still under warranty, please contact us. You will need to provide the watch together with a properly completed warranty card.

After the warranty period has expired, our sales representatives and service centers remain at your disposal for watch repairs and servicing at the applicable cost.
