Free delivery in Bulgaria!
Delivery is free of charge for all products valued at over 75 euros, to any specified address in Bulgaria and is made within 1-2 working days (unless otherwise stated on the product page) by courier company Econt or Interlogistics.
Orders placed after 15:00 o’clock are serviced on the next working day.
Orders placed after hours, on weekends or on public holidays are serviced on the first working day.
Deliveries in the same day as the order are only possible for Sofia after further clarification.
All orders are sent with “Review” and “Test” options. These are options that allow you to open your shipment and within 15 minutes you can inspect and test the product, then decide whether to purchase it.
Return of product
Any* product purchased can be returned within 14 days!
A return request can be made on the spot to the courier who delivered the order or within 14 days. In the event of cancellation of the order and wish to return it, the user is obliged to pay the return costs. Return address within 14 days – in the CONTACT section .
Products can ONLY be returned against the invoice (which you received on delivery or by email), and if they are in an undamaged commercial condition, i.e. not damaged, used, worn and in their original packaging. The amount for the returned goods will be paid within 14 days from the date of shipment to us.
*According to Article 57 (paragraph 3) of the “Consumer Protection Act”, goods made according to the consumer’s requirements or to his individual order (e.g. engraving) are not subject to the right of refusal.
Warranty
All watches presented on SwissBoutique.bg have a full 24 months warranty from the day of purchase. Some brands have a longer than 2 years warranty period and this will be stated on the relevant product page.
All watches come with an international warranty. This means that in the event of a problem, you can contact a local representative or service centre wherever you are in the world.
